Digital Program
In an effort to promote environmental sustainability, Ballet Caliente will now offer a digital program, as well as digital tickets, with the goal of achieving a paper free performance. Please note, if you would prefer a paper version of this program, we kindly ask that you download and print your copy in advance of the performance, or, purchase a Commemorative Memory Book from our merchandise table, located in the lobby.

Rehearsal Schedule
All dancers participating in A Very Caliente Christmas are required to attend rehearsal.
Due to the demands of the performance, and our short rehearsal timeline, it is important that dancers are present for rehearsal.
All participants will meet for a run through rehearsal on December 6, 3:15-5:15pm. .

A Magical Holiday Performance!
This year, Ballet Caliente is excited to, once again, present A Very Caliente Christmas!
This year's performance will kick off with a special appearance by our elite Studio and Junior Company dancers, and will feature dancers in PreBallet and Primary Ballet, with showcases from all levels in our supplementary genres of jazz, tap and contemporary.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
Dancers in Pre Ballet and Primary Ballet are highly encouraged to participate in this performance opportunity! Students who attend supplementary classes (jazz, tap and contemporary) across all levels are encouraged to participate! All interested students are required to register in order to perform. Registration concludes October 4, 2024.
ASSOCIATED FEES
The cost for each dancer to participate in A Very Caliente Christmas is $100. Dancers participating in both The Nutcracker and A Very Caliente Christmas will have a discounted participation fee of $80 for A Very Caliente Christmas.
THE COMMITMENT

UNDERSTANDING YOUR DANCER'S ROLE
Dancers will learn a holiday dance during their regularly scheduled class during the month of November, which will be rehearsed on December 6, and performed on December 13 at 11:00am. Based on participation, a genre will be assigned to each level to perform (i.e. Level 1 - Jazz, Level 2 - Tap etc.)
THE PERFORMANCE
This year, our performance will be held at the Nancy R. & Norton T. Dodge Performing Arts Center (Dodge PAC) located at St. Mary's College of Maryland. The performance will be held on December 13, 11:00am.

FEELING FESTIVE?
Seeking Volunteers!
We are looking for willing and able parents to volunteer during our performance. There are a multitude of volunteer positions to be filled, including ushers, backstage mom, and ticket scanners. Volunteers receive special early access to ticket sales as a perk of volunteering!
