GENERAL RECITAL/PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

Recital and Performance Tickets:

• Ticket coupon codes are issued per Culminating Event fee paid
• Additional recital tickets (May) are $10-15 and additional performance tickets (June) are $15-$20
• Tickets may be purchased online at www.tututix.com/balletcaliente
• Any remaining tickets will be sold at the door the day of the event
• All ticket sales are final and Ballet Caliente will not replace lost tickets.
• All seating is assigned
• May Recital – Doors open at 10: 30 a.m.   (Show begins at 11 a.m.)
• June Performances – Doors open at 6 p.m. (Show begins at 6:30 p.m.)

ALL ATTENDEES OVER THE AGE OF 1 YEAR OF AGE MUST HAVE A TICKET

Photography and Video:

• A professional company will videotape our events. Personal videotaping is not allowed.  
• One copy of the event DVD per family will be delivered to the studio with the Culminating Event fee paid.
• Pre/Prim/B1 students receive a recital DVD and B2-SC students receive a performance DVD.
• B2-SC students, please select the performance night for your complimentary DVD. If no selection is made, the default selection for the DVD is the Saturday performance.
• Complimentary DVDs can be shipped for $7. Additional copies and shipping may be ordered at www.balletcaliente.com/order.
• Photography of any kind is prohibited
• Please DO NOT bring video or still cameras to the recital or into the auditorium.
• A professional photographer will be photographing our events; images will be available for purchase.

Something Special:
Performance time is a very special time; here are some tips to help make your performer look and feel special:
It is traditional for a dancer, to receive flowers, or gifts from their admirers (parents) after the performance.
Flowers, a balloon or picture frame are appropriate gifts.  This tradition is purely optional and we only mention it to
you so that no one will be left out. Please present you dancer with their gifts or flowers after the event.
For your convenience, the Ballet Caliente Studio Company sells flower which are delivered to the event and may be
picked up as you enter the building. These flower bouquets are beautiful, reasonably priced and may be ordered at
www.balletcaliente.com/order. The order deadline is 1 week prior to the show date.

•  From Ballet Caliente travel toward the the Solomons Island Bridge on Route 4
• Turn right onto Southern Connector Blvd
• At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Southern Connector Blvd
• Turn RIGHT at the school's entrance.
• Dancers can be dropped off at the main entrance. They will go with an older dancer or staff member back to the dressing rooms.

•  From Ballet Caliente travel South on Rt 235.  Turn RIGHT onto MD/237 CHANCELLOR’S RUN RD.
• Turn RIGHT onto MD-246/GREAT MILLS RD.
• Travel .1 miles on Great Mills Road.
• Great Mills High school will be on your LEFT.
