ISABELLE LOPEZ
Isabelle has an extensive background in ballet, dancing since the age of three years old. She has studied all styles of dance to include ballet, jazz, modern, and contemporary. She danced at Ballet Caliente from the age of six, until she was 18 years old. In her many years at the studio, she performed a variety of leads roles to include Clara and Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker, Tinker Bell in Peter Pan, Charolette in Charolette’s Web, and more. Isabelle has also danced with a variety of professional dance companies to include The Dance Theater of Harlem, The National Ballet of Ukraine, Ballet West, and American Ballet Theatre. She has performed at the Kennedy Center in various professional ballets to include The Nutcracker. From 2016-2020, Isabelle attended Point Park University, a school ranked third in the nation for dance, and received a large dance scholarship after a rigorous audition process. In her senior year, she taught college level ballet and pointe classes at her university’s community class center. Throughout college, Isabelle spent her summers teaching at Ballet Caliente. Upon graduating, she has continued as a dance instructor. She loves sharing her love for dance with her students, and strives to ensure each class she teaches is a warm and welcoming environment, filled with love and fun. In addition to her dance and teaching experience, Isabelle currently has a barre certification with Barre Where You Are, which combines ballet form and grace, with Pilates principles and functional fitness training. |
